Domestic Shipments (USA)
Items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipment for your order to arrive. We offer expedited shipping: 2-3 Day Priority and 1 Day Express Shipping. Special shipping requests may be accommodated, restrictions apply. International Shipments (Outside USA)
In accordance with the law, all international orders will have the full value declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your countries import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. Depending on your country of residence, you may be subject to customs shipment delays, duties and brokerage/clearance entry fees for which you will be responsible for. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Dear Doggy cannot be held responsible for these charges and cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees.
We offer expedited shipping: Expedited FedEx Economy (5-7 Days) and FedEx Priority (3-5 Days). Special shipping requests may be accommodated, restrictions apply. For support and inquiries, please email email@example.com.
For international orders please allow 2-4 weeks for standard delivery.

If your item is backordered, you will receive an email with the estimated date of shipment within 1-2 business days. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
If there is a defect, mistake or issue with your product or order made on our end, we will gladly make exchanges if it is returned within 10 business days after the shipment is received. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact page.
Dear Doggy items are handcrafted individually with quality workmanship and care. Variances and uniqueness should be expected with each item.
The lifetime of a Dear Doggy product depends upon the care, wear and elements each item is subjected to. Damage and/or material breakage due to chewing or anything else that compromises the integrity of the material beyond normal wear is not a manufacturer’s defect. Tarnishing, fading and fraying are all parts of normal wear and tear and items will not be replaced due to these factors. Manufacturer’s defects such as hardware failure will be replaced per our Exchange Policy.
